Return Policy

At Hardwood Timber Co., we want you to love your DIY Dry It Yourself Hardwood Timber packs! If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:

•  Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective green hardwood boards (e.g., material defects, not drying-related issues) within 7 days of delivery.

•  Approval: Contact us at [your email] for approval before returning. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

•  Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and processing.

•  Condition: Boards must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories (e.g., drying sticks, stack base).

•  Refunds: Once approved and inspected, we’ll refund the purchase price (less the 15% fee) within 14 days via the original payment method.

•  Warranty Note: As per our Terms and Conditions, proper stacking per our drying guide is required for warranty claims. Drying-related issues (e.g., warping, cracking) are not eligible for return.

•  Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective due to our error.
